LED FAQ Series
Over the past few months we have been inundating you with product videos and updates and blog posts about everything that is happening over here and on our website. So now, we want to hear from you!
We are excited to introduce our LED FAQ Blog Series.
We field hundreds of questions every week from end users, contractors, and other customers, and most of those questions are questions that you probably have yourself. We receive and give so much valuable information everyday, we think that you deserve to hear it and we are proud to share it with you.
We will start with one of the most frequently asked questions that we get here at WallPacksDirect:
Why should you make the switch to LED? We believe that the answer can be summed up with three major points:
*Cleaner and Brighter: The quality of the light that is produced by LED technology is much more rich and crisp than light that is produced by any HID (high-intensity-discharge) fixture. Objects can be perceived by the human eye much better and with more detail through a combination of a higher color temperature, lumen rating, and internal optics working together to produce vivid and pure illumination.
*Low-Maintenance: Some of our fixtures boast a lifespan of 100,000 hours and are backed by manufacturer warranties. This means no replacing bulbs, no scissor lifts, no ladders, and no wasted time in the dark.
And finally and perhaps most importantly, *Lower Electric Consumption: Not only are you helping the ecology of our planet by lowering the amount of power that is used to run your fixtures, but you could stand to save hundreds or thousands of dollars on your annual electric bill. Do the math for yourself using our payback calculator and determine the amount of money you could be saving if you make the switch!
We hope you found this first installment of the LED FAQ series helpful and we hope that you will contribute! If you have any questions about our fixtures, our technology, installation and application methods, or any other facets of LED, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and your question might get featured! Looking forward to discussing and learning with you!
